Module One

The Physical

Thoughts, Feelings, Physical Sensation Loop - It's the ultimate question, right? What comes first - the thought, the feeling, or the physical sensation? We are going to get to the bottom of that question.

The Body Scan - It can be challenging to know where our energy actually is when we are disconnected from our bodies....and most of us are! A body scan is a great way to discover where your attention is actually going, so tension can be released, and your focus can be redirected.

Creating a Resource - Once we've discovered what it feels like to be in our body, to feel safe in our body, it's important to be able to come back to this feeling quickly. A resource helps us do just that. This lesson teaches how to create a resource, so that in those moments when life gets a little sticky, we can come back to centre and act from a place of calm.

The Mental and Emotional

Body and Energy Scan

Everything is energy....we aren't going to get into the quantum physics of it, but, it is. Every thought we have is energy, every belief we hold is energy, our physical bodies are energy. This is actually super empowering! We break down the components of our energetic systems, so we can actually connect on a subtle level. Why? So , we can see where it's going?
